"Smart Growth" transit oriented planning has been one of our core capabilities for over 20 years. We have worked with municipalities and property owners throughout the region on the master planning of individual properties, downtown commercial districts, and entire cities and towns - providing templates for sustainable development.
With our partners in government, the development community, institutions, and neighborhood groups, we plan strategies to build more housing, revitalize business districts, and create pedestrian friendly communities. Recent work includes planning in Boston, Lawrence, Cambridge, Somerville, Peabody, Newburyport, Amherst, Hanover, Winchester, Carlisle, Lincoln, Randolph, Reading and Wakefield.
